Fortunately, label or not, Bloodcrusher has more hyper slams and super grinds. To be sure, we\u2019re still slamming (\u201cViscera Bomb\u201d and \u201cGorechild\u201d), but there\u2019s something about tracks like \u201cBlood Cannon\u201d that seem willing to leave the slam behind to better marshal you into the wood chipper. These are towering and thick riffs, with all the force of a coast-to-coast tidal wave. Nathan Brunning\u2019s vocals are caustic and raspy, giving the whole thing a blackened vibe.
