As I write this, 31.1.2019 &#8211; 20:24 +2 GMT, I have not heard a note of it. But we&#8217;re about to.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>News, news, let&#8217;s see, we need some news here first<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Target<\/strong>? Target will do. A tech-death band from Chile that&#8217;s got a lot of smooth-prog going for them just <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=dA9StsM26Eg&amp;feature=youtu.be&amp;fbclid=IwAR0wILIaAPxostBvr3UBQ-NsMYAP0dbOPwwAh94ZRhE4Bf8m1eUf19qIQ4c\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">released their sophomore<\/a> <em>Deep Water Flames<\/em> and it could be up your alley if names like <strong>Cynic<\/strong>, <strong>Pavor<\/strong> or <strong>Theory In Practice<\/strong> do anything to you.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Alterbeast<\/strong> and <strong>Continuum<\/strong> are going on a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.theprp.com\/2019\/01\/28\/news\/alterbeast-aethere-continuum-announce-west-coast-tour\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">West Coast tour<\/a> with <strong>Aethere<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Brian Johnson confirms he&#8217;ll be singing on the next <strong>AC\/DC<\/strong> album<\/li>\n<li><strong>Rivers of Nihil<\/strong> are gonna play <em>Where Owls Know My Name<\/em> in full on their <a href=\"http:\/\/www.metalinjection.net\/tour-dates\/rivers-of-nihil-will-play-where-owls-know-my-name-in-full-on-next-tour-with-live-saxophonist\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">next tour<\/a>, and there will be a saxomaphonist.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>For reasons likely obvious I have not had any time to spend with this album, or song, and I didn&#8217;t even press play until as I began to write this sentence. <strong>De Lirium&#8217;s Order<\/strong> has definitely come a long way from recording on of the all-time best death\/thrash <a href=\"https:\/\/woodcutrecords.bandcamp.com\/album\/victim-no-52\">albums<\/a> and from their <strong>Carcass<\/strong>-ish death metal phase as well. It&#8217;s gonna be out on April 19th, and there&#8217;s a song called &#8220;Stellar Tidal Disruption&#8221; out now.
