UK kinda djenty progressive metal band SikTh released a new song. I don’t really like it.
French castle-nerds Darkenhold released a new track from their upcoming album.
- Fen is streaming the first song off their new album over at Decibel. It’s seventeen minutes of good atmospheric bm.
- I was going to list some bands off the UK’s Mammoth Fest this year, but their website makes that far too frustrating.
- There’s a little hardcore fest in NY in May. I don’t know any of the bands, but you might.
- Prong announced a new album is coming this year.
- Mammoth Grinder signed with Relapse Records and will have a new album out in the fall.
- South By South Death in Austin will feature Darkest Hour, Rivers of Nihil, and others.
- Brutal death metal band Condemned released a new song over at Decibel.
- Diablo Swing Orchestra announced their new album will be titled Pacifisticuffs, because why not?
- Behemoth posted a really gross NSFW picture and just said “Things are happening”.
- Dutch death metal band God Dethroned have a new album coming in May.
- In weird noise news, Gridfailure has a new EP coming in May.
- Colorful hair band Arch Enemy are in the studio.
- Melo/black/atmospheric band that I really like, Amiensus has a new album coming out May 19th.
- Dillinger Escape Plan was involved in a bus accident in Poland. The band seems to be uninjured.
