Hellish yeah.

As the world seems to continuously spiral out of control, many are looking towards the heavens for…something. A sign? Divine intervention? Anything to bring us out of the endless cycle of bad news. But maybe they should be looking elsewhere. Maybe downwards. Maybe somewhere a little south of Heaven. Or at least towards Italy because Hellish God are back.

Welcome to Hell, who gives a shit? That’s what Italy’s Hellish God have to say with their new song “Inglorious Rex”. The band’s brand of satanic brutal death metal is on full, blasphemous display with this song. Fast, mean, and unrelenting, “Inglorious Rex” holds down and vomits directly in the face of religious zealots and reactionaries. Guitars shred, drums pulverize, and vocals decimate all that is goodly in this unforgiving world.

The band says:

“Inglorious Rex” is an homage to the first Deicide records, in particular the “Once Upon A Cross Era”. It’s blasting, ferocious and blasphemous, a good hint of how “The Advent Of Deathless Chaos Beast” will sound. The beast is coming!
