Sunday Sesh: Super Bowl Open Swim
It is Super Bowl Sunday. This is your place to talk about that. Or other stuff if you don’t care. Whatever.
Today the Patriots play the Falcons in Super Bowl LI. Although many predict that the Falcons will emerge victorious this day, I suspect Bill Belichick and Tom Brady will have cooked up some especially sneaky cheating and will clinch the lead. Patriots 28-24.
What I’m looking forward to more than the big game, though, is the food. My good friends who are hosting this year’s party are making some delicious pulled pork. Other friends are bringing chocolate chip cheesecake and dip. Perhaps what I’m most excited about, however, is the cookie dough dip my wife and I are making. Behold.
I don’t consider myself a hedonist, but I definitely intend to embrace some excess tomorrow while wolfing down that dip.
Lady Gaga is performing for Half-Time. While she’s certainly better than Bruno Mars or Lenny Kravitz, I’d rather be listening to this.
Despite a lot of mediocrity, I’m looking forward to it all. Friends. Food. Foohbawwwwl.
