The Last of Lucy – Moksha (Transcending Obscurity) [Tech Death]

The Last of Lucy sounded a fair bit weirder in the past by my estimation, but I’d be lying if I said I wasn’t digging this more straightforward direction. The jazz stuff appears to be gone entirely, but the riffs are meaner than ever, and the more focused approach makes this a smoother listen compared to its predecessors. I haven’t had a chance to sit with this in full yet, but rest assured you’ll be hearing more about this one soon. 2/18/22 (Spear)
