Toilet Radio 649 – Arachnophobia

This week on Toilet Radio: We continue the October Spooktacular! Instead of watching a grainy movie filmed on someone’s uncle’s camcorder, we’re mixing it up with a big-budget Hollywood picture! Arachnophobia (1990), stars John Goodman Jeff Daniels as a big city doc who moves to the country. It just so happens that he’s terrified of spiders and a swarm of deadly Venezuelan tarantulas just set up shop in his backyard. Join us as we marvel at the cinematography, laugh along with the hilarious small town stereotypes, and talk about the very real differences in Real Movie horror and Ten Buck Budget horror. Also: the lost art of hiring Jimmy Buffett to write a very literal theme song to your creature feature. Folks, it’s a good one.
