It’s been a hot minute since I’ve jammed some trad metal, and Acid Blade is hitting all the right buttons for me. It’s all shit you’ve heard before (as you’d expect- it’s called “trad” metal for a reason), but it’s put a fire in my heart and got me sharpening my steel, and that’s exactly what you want from this kind of thing. All very solid riff and vocal work with good songwriting and production, and it’s just a grand time all around. 8/9/22 (Spear)
