Hard-workin’ Polish death metal band Trauma are getting a reissue from their debut album, 1992’s Invisible Reality. Deformeathing Productions is giving the record the deluxe CD treatment by including their 1991 promo and a 16-page booklet with liner notes written by guitarist Jaroslaw “Mister” Misterkiewicz.
Invisible Reality is early 90s death metal personified. Fans of sleek, modern material may be turned off by the caveman drums and vocals, but the primitive metal stalwarts will find a lot to dig here. Stream “Human Race” below and nod your head to the churning death metal riffs, cement-mixer vocals, and barely-controlled guitar solo. It is Wednesday, my dudes. Let’s headbang.
