Sunday Sesh: Life is Pain(t): Part: Deux: Maxim:um: Pa:i:n::(t):::
Throughout time, the Windows operating systems has blessed the unwashed masses with brilliant default apps with which to waste the day away. Some of these are near and dear to my heart, like the classic stalwarts of Solitaire, Minesweeper, and Hearts to the amazing Space Cadet 3D Pinball. But nothing has captured the kvlt imagination and boundless creativity quite like stock graphic editor, MS Paint. From the most limited functionality in computer-based graphic creation comes true genius, an art unrivaled by the pretentious shit in the Louvre. This is art by and for The People. It is an expression of the daily struggle, the metal that lights our lives, the pure soul. And we have another swath of such genius to cut through the swirling Toilet that is the day before another bullshit work week starts.
As with the last time we did this, the rules were simple:
1. Create your own work of art based on a favorite album cover in MS Paint or a similar program (no stealing from that FaceBook page). Participants must include the logo and album title if they’re included in the original art.
2. Post the original album cover in the #community-content room of Discord along with the participant’s “interpretation” by the end of Wednesday 12/11.
3. Anyone can join in because the results will be judged by the community as a whole.
4. The winner will be selected by THE PEOPLE OF DISQUS AND DISCORD. The winner will receive a BC digital album of their choice from me (except dumbass stuff like $666 placeholders).
