This Toilet Tuesday (12/14/21)
Top 10 list season is in full swing here at the Toilet, but new music stops for no one, and you will continue to receive it until either the internet collapses or I fall over dead. Unfortunately, neither of those things appear to be likely to happen in the near future, so you’re going to have to deal with it. If you have the audacity to call your band “Mega Colossus” and name your albums things like Hyperglaive, then you’d damn well better have the music to back it up. The guys at said band seem to be aware of this as well, because the past four years seem to have been spent crafting these songs for maximum rippage. It’s easy to have a good time on even middling speed metal, but this- this is the good shit. “Razor City” is the only song up at the moment, but everything about it- the motion, the transitions, the production- feels great, and it’s a ton of fun.
