We’ve covered The Wakedead Gathering on this here bowl before, but thanks to the powers of alcoholism and spending way too many hours in front of screens, I’ve rotted away massive parts of my brain, meaning I get to hear them for the first time for the second time. And because I can only describe things relative to other bands anyone knows of, this is throwing off some proggy, thrashy death metal vibes akin to Death and Contrarian with some added weird shit that called Augury to mind; all in all pretty sweet.
