Desecresy – Towards Nebulae (Xtreem Music) [Death Metal]

Continuing with their sixth album of “holistic” death metal, crawling with downtuned, filthy Purtenance riffs, convulsing through Convulse-like grime and dragging the melodic equivalent of knucklehead, meat-n-bones, caveman riffs along, Desecrecy has seemingly changed absolutely nothing from their debut, with the exception of vocalist J.N’s departure, making the band a solo effort. Despite it’s extreme familiarity, Desecrecy is not without a sound of it’s own, and Towards Nebulae – released today – is one of their/his finest works. 7/23/19 (Karhu)
