This Toilet Tuesday (7/27/21)
Toilet Tuesday returns with a bevy of new music for your eager ears. It’s a good one, too; while I don’t think there are any huge showstoppers out this week, there’s more than enough to keep you busy with stuff that is at worst a lot of fun. Check out the list and share your faves in the comments.

I am morally obligated to listen to anything and everything tied to Bloodborne, and seeing this particular act is openly anti-fash was icing on the cake. I admit that I went into this aware that it might not actually be my thing based on what little I knew about the music prior. While that may still be true, I was pleasantly surprised by it; while the structure isn’t quite as cohesive as I’d like, the individual riffs are all pretty solid, the weird kind of dissonant black/death metal blend that gets my lizard brain tingling. It’s good enough to make me want to come back for a full listen in any case, and I expect there’s going to be more jaunty death metal riffs, so it’s definitely worth a little clunkiness in the compositions. 7/27/21 (Spear)
