I had the ultimate old man concert experience this week. Being out late on a Tuesday is not something I love to do, which I why I feel blessed that The Contortionist was headlining a 2-album set that I didn’t care about, but the opener was Rivers of Nihil playing The Work in full. I got filled up on that saxy goodness, bailed immediately, and was home before 10.
