Flush it Friday: Nonsense Vidyagam Titles = Quality
This is probably a boomer© comment, but I feel PC games are in a bit of a rut recently. Between (recent) major failures like Cyberspunk 2069, Biomutant, and Dungeons & Dragons: Dark Alliance, I’ve had my feathers burned by the fires of hype quite often lately. But those are just EA LOL AAA GG games, to which I say, shut up, nerd. I can’t just wait n years for Hollow Knight: Silksong to come out. But then, in my darkest hour, a quaint li’l game called Ender Lilies: Quietus of the Knights showed up, and I have to tell you, I’m a belieber once more. The game takes a Metroidvania backbone, drapes some amazing art (think Miyazaki + Dark Souls) over the framework, and keeps combat interesting with a wide range of abilities that can be mixed and matched to suit all manner of playstyles. It’s also nice to play as a character that isn’t a himbo for once.

Off-topic, but I’ve heard that the eponymous Lily from the vidyagam is basically just an archetypal character (using a “Stand”) from JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure. Should I watch this show? Why does everybody want me to watch this show?
